Credits are held as a single account balance and are valid for 12 months from the date they're purchased or granted. Staying active keeps your balance intact: we won't forfeit credits on an account that has bought credits or ordered a brief within the preceding 12 months. Only after 12 straight months with no purchases and no briefs may the unused balance be forfeited.

If you rate a brief with the 😠 angry face, we'll automatically refund its credits. No questions asked. We stand behind the quality of every brief.

Yes! With the Team tier and above, credits are pooled under a single account. Invite team members and they can order briefs using your shared credit balance.

The optional email lookup add-on costs 20 credits per brief. You're only charged if we successfully find and verify the prospect's email address.

Set a threshold (minimum 200 credits) and choose a pack size. When your balance drops below the threshold, we'll automatically purchase your selected pack using your saved payment method. You can enable, disable, or adjust this anytime. You can also set a monthly limit on how many credits auto-recharge can add — once this month's auto-recharges reach it, we pause auto-recharge and email you.

Credits are how you pay for what you order. You have a running balance, and each sales brief you order draws from it. Some briefs include optional extras, like finding and verifying your prospect's email address, that cost a few additional credits. The exact cost of your order, including any add-ons you choose, is always shown on the order form before you confirm. Buy credits whenever you need more, and you only spend them when you order.
